Zlote Tarasy

Złote Tarasy is a project of great scale with Warsaw gathering a tower of office of 101m top, two complexes of office of 12 stages each one, a cinema 8 rooms, a carpark 4 levels and an commercial arcade of 250 shops under a canopy as daring as innovating of 10500m ².

Characteristics

Złote Tarasy is a building site of a surface of 225  000 square meters.

The control of work was ensured by Skanska (the U.K.), for the customer who was ING Netherlands.

Distribution of the batches:

  • AXIMA (Austria): mechanical batch
  • INEO (France): strong batch running
  • TYCO (the U.K.): low batch current
The grand opening of the commercial arcade and the carpark took place on February 7th, 2007.
