Synopsis

The musketeers are not so chivalrous: they deceive their capacities and collect the taxes by plundering all with the passage. The king Gros Conk 1st (Coluche) spends his time eating. But the queen (Dominique Lavanant), the buffoon (Martin Lamotte) and the cardinal conspire against him…

  • It was the first and last film carried out by Coluche. Dissatisfied by the end result and the commercial failure of film, it decided not to renew the experiment.

  • Gerard Lanvin finds here its first big role, after having been appearing the previous year in the Wing or the thigh . The song " One calls me the white knight " , that he interprets on several occasions during film, was composed by Serge Gainsbourg.
