Yan Thomas
Yan Thomas is a lawyer and historian of the Droit. Former member of the French School of Rome, he is director of studies to the Ecole of the high studies in social sciences and director of the Center of studies of the standards.
He studies the categories and the methods of the right, of Roman Antiquity in the contemporary world (he in particular gave an opinion in the debate on the Arrêt Parakeet around right not to be born . He was the disciple of André Magdelain. Its work in particular inspired the work of the Italian philosopher Giorgio Agamben.
