XDR DRAM

XDR DRAM is a type of barette random access memory (RAM) of the type RDRAM improved and based on technology Rambus, competitor of technologies GDR SDRAM, DDR2-SDRAM and DDR3 SDRAM. It is currently used by the video game consoles PlayStation 3 of Sony.

Characteristics

• Clock: 400 MHz, 600 MHz, 800 MHz and 1 GHz

• Flow of data: 8 bits per face of clock is 3,2 Gbit/s with 400MHz.
• Food: 1.8 V
