Women disappear

Of the women disappears is a French police comedy, carried out by Edouard Molinaro in 1958.

Synopsis

Pierre and Béatrice live in Marseilles in the same building. They like one and the other. One evening, Béatrice has a mysterious appointment. Pierre follows it but is made attack by two men, Tom and Nasol, with the pay of a caïd of the city, Quaglio, which steal its papers to him. Quaglio kills Nasol and deposits its corpse in a garage, with papers of Pierre at side. Pierre, as for him, manages to follow Tom and finds himself in a villa, where several young women were invited and are made allure by the unknown ones, who are made pass for sizeable people and who remove them afterwards. A thankless struggle between them and Pierre begins, until the arrival of the police force…
