Wells Fargo

Wells Fargo () is an American financial group whose head office is with San Francisco in California. The group carries on various activities and has subsidiary companies with the Canada, the Northern Mariana Islands and in the the Caribbean.

Wells Fargo was born from the repurchase from Wells Fargo & Co by Northwest Corporation in 1998. Northwest was based with Mineapolis, but after fusion, Northwest changed its name by Wells Fargo at the beginning 2000.
