Vince Taylor , of its true name Brian Maurice Holden , born the July 14th 1939 with London (England) and dead the August 27th 1991 with Lutry (Swiss), is a Chanteur of British rock'n'roll which made the essence of its career in France. Very popular in the Years 1960, he is the author of the title Brand New Cadillac , which will be taken again by many groups of which The Clash in 1979. It is called “the black Archangel of the rock'n'roll”.

In 1950, its family decides to leave England for the the United States. They settle in the New Jersey, then with Hollywood. He dreams to become aviator but cannot reach that point. It thus launches out in the song, very influenced by Elvis Presley, which besides it resembles a little. It turns over to try its chance in London.

Vince Taylor occurs on scene vêtu of black a leather costume, copied from that of Gene Vincent, which gives him a pace of bad lot. It carries also a large chain out of gold around the neck. It is frequently accompanied by Brian Bennett and Tony Sheridan.

The second group of Vince, Bobbie Clarke Noise (1965), includes/understands Alan Bugby (low), Johnny Taylor (guitar), Bobbie Clarke, Stash (percussions) and Ralph Danks (lead guitar). They make the first part of the Rolling Stones in Olympia. To note the recording of the 30 cms Vince…! in 1965 with this group in which one can hear one époustouflant solo of battery of almost 7 minutes of Bobbie Clarke (which will leave this same year to found its own group, Bobbie Clarke' S Band).
