Vimont is a station of the metropolitan Agence of transport being part of the Suburban train Montreal/Blainville-Saint-Jerome. The station was initially brought into service like measures temporary attenuation following the Effondrement of the viaduct of the Harmony successor in title the closing of the Autoroute 19. After the reopening of the highway, the AMT decided to make the station permanent.
