Victor Lelièvre (March 4th, 1876 - November 29th, 1956) is a priest and a Canadian missionary oblat.

Originating in Brittany, it arrived at Canada in 1903 and worked in the parish Saint-Saver of the Diocèse of Quebec. He devoted himself particularly to the Sacré-coeur and organized great processions at the time of the Feast of the Sacred Heart.

Near to the working medium, it founded the Maison Jesus-Workman with Louis Émond. He wanted to bring the heart of Christ in the middle of the life of the poor and the workers, by privileging the eucharistic Adoration in particular. For this reason, it is one of the founders of the catholic Syndicalisme Canadian.

Very loved people of modest means and townsmen, the boulevard Father-Lelièvre, which skirts the Rivière Saint-Charles, close to Basket maker and Quebec, is named in its honor. Its cause in beatification was introduced in Rome.
