The Vault of Bélian or Salle of Bélian was a vault refuge attached to the abbey of Bélian. The refuge accommodated the religious community of passage to Mons. The vault goes back to 1775 and is the work of the architect Emmanuel-Henri Fonson. It was then a bank, a school before becoming an institute of architecture in 1976. It accommodates currently various exposures.
