Uncommitted theory of the evolution
The uncommitted theory of the evolution is a scientific Théorie of the biological evolution at the molecular level (see molecular evolution) emitted by Motoo Kimura, starting from the end of the year 1960. It is also called theory of the change and the random drift .
Statement
Based on mathematical models of diffusion, Kimura postulated that some genetic Mutations involve changes at the molecular level (proteins) which are neutral S in comparison with the Natural selection. That depends in fact on the place on the change in the sequence in Nucléotide S on DNA. In other words these changes are selectively neutral S because the various versions of the coded Protéines do not change the adaptability of the organization in its medium of life.
Neutralists against selectionnists
Although some perceived this theory like anti-Darwinienne, Kimura and the majority of the current evolutionary biologists agree to say that the two theories are compatible. “The theory (uncommitted) does not disavow the role of the natural selection which determines the course of the adaptive evolution”. The theory allots a big role to the genetic Dérive.
