Synopsis

Sam Keanan (Jean-Claude Van Rams) is an officer attached to the American embassy of a small country of Eastern Europe. At the time of an coup attempt of State, the president takes refuge in the embassy but the American ambassador is killed during these events. Sam Keanan thus takes the control of the operations and intends well to restore the order and peace.
