Tuskegee is a city of the Alabama (the United States of America). In 2000, it counted 11.846 inhabitants for a surface of 40,7 km ².
It is known to be the birthplace of Rosa Parks, emblematic figure of the fight against the racial segregation in the United States, as well as singer Lionel Richie. It is as there as the Tuskegee Syphilis Study took place.
