Turn and Wall
Turn and Muraille are a process of establishment in Ground of Israel which is born before the creation of the State, between the years 1936 and 1939, at the time of the Arab Révolte . He meets the needs for immediate security of the time, with an aim of ensuring the future borders of the State of Israel.
The establishments of Turn and Muraille are then built in greatest discretion and very quickly, with in their center a turn of monitoring on the surroundings and around barrier of protection ( wall ). The first establishment built in this policy of construction is Such-Amal (Nir-David), in the valley of Beït-Shéan, and among the Kibboutz im monk, in fact the kibbutz Tirat-Zvi sees the first the day. On the whole, 52 establishments are created in this process.
