Truarc
In 1927, a entrepenor of the name of Hugo Heierman invented a metal ring to replace the system of fastener: nut - bolt - disc. He became internationally known like the circlip.
From now on, the Truarc familiarly indicates an opened iron ring, generally equipped with a hole at each end, used to fix a pin. This object is also usually called Circlip. It is extracted using a ring grip from the same name.
Example: a throat is spared to put a standard segment of stop truarc.
