Troposphere

The troposphere is the part of the Terrestrial atmosphere located between the surface of the sphere and an altitude from approximately 8 to 15 kilometers, according to the Latitude and the Saison. It is thicker at the equator than with the poles. The border between troposphere and the Stratosphère is called the Tropopause.

This atmospheric layer contains 90% of the total Masse of the atmosphere, it is important because one finds there the air which one breathes.

On average, the Température decreases with the Altitude, about of 6,4°C the every 1000 Mètre S. One finds in this layer the majority of the weather phenomena. It is thus in this layer that the Cycle of water can develop, one finds there a mass important of Steam (H2O).
