Treipaïs
The Treipaïs (three countries in Occitan, which symbolizes the three departments limousins), are a gastronomical speciality of the the Limousin.
It consists of a triangular cake of form containing chocolate, hazel nut and chestnut.
This receipt was invented by the regional Association of the pastrycooks limousins.
