Tiptronic
Tiptronic is an automatic type of Boîte developed by Porsche which is used on certain its vehicles like on those of other marks. A Tiptronic transmission can be used like an automatic transmission, but can also make it possible the driver to exceed the automatic mode by moving the gear shift lever on another position (Tiptronic) and by using the lever or of the pallets at the wheel making it possible to assemble the reports/ratios or to descend them.
Tiptronic® is a registered trademark which belongs to the manufacturer of sport scars Porsche and who is also used under license by other manufacturers such as Volkswagen, Audi and Skoda.
