Tioumen
Tioumen (in Russian: Тюме́нь ) is the capital of the Oblast de Tioumen, in Russia. The city is located at the edge of the river Toura at: 2144 km in the east of Moscow. Its population is of: 538320 inhabitants in 2005.

History
Tioumen was the first Russian city of Siberia, built in 1589 by Fédor I of Russia on the site of the city of the Tatar S of Siberia Chimgui-Toura. The area of Tioumen belonged to the khanat of Siberia. It was annexed by Yermak Timofeyevitch in 1585 and the following year Tioumen was created like posts strengthened Russian. During the Second world war, the body of Lénine was moved of Moscow with Tioumen and was placed in a tomb discrete in what became the Institute of agronomy of Tioumen. Many factories were also evacuated in Tioumen since the European part of the Soviet Union. Important quantities of military equipment were then produced in the city. The August 14th 1944, Tioumen became the capital of a Oblast increased. In 1948, one discovered Pétrole in the area and in the the Sixties and 70, oil industry became an essential component of the economy of the city.
