Theory of the organizations
The theory of the organizations is a discipline located at the limit between the economy, the Sociologie, the Gestion and especially political science. It is interested in the Organization S, as well commercial as not-commercial, in all their diversity (undertaken, hospital, trade union, association, administration, conventions,…). The purpose of it is to analyze their operation, their structure and their development and to propose improvements.

The broad topics of this discipline are the capacity, the relations and social Rapports, the analysis of the configurations and the communication in the groups. Its development followed the politico-social evolutions of the 20th century, being articulated according to the authors around empirical studies or of largely theoretical work.
In economy, one studies the whole of institutional arrangements allowing the implementation of the Production and goods and of services exchanges it. In a more restricted direction, the economy of the organizations consists in the study of the Organization like specific economic entity, the Entreprise being the analyzed organization in a privileged way.
