The dinaric Alps
The the dinaric Alps or dinarides , are mountainous areas in the Balkans of the west, which owe their name with the Mont Dinara, which rises in the south of the Plaine pannonienne and extends until the Adriatic Sea. The mountainous solid masses are covered with forest to the alpine climate.
The dinaric Alps, which reach some 2700 meters heights, are strewn with lakes and river to the many falls and cascades. The forests of Beech S, of Oak S, Fir tree S, spruce S and woodland pines shelter in particular stag S, Sanglier S, Ours, wolf S, rabbits, Faisan S, Perdrix and others Oiseau X. In north of Montenegro and in the middle of the dinaric Alps, the solid mass of the Durmitor draws up the mineral walls of ten tops of more than 2000 m to the top of the plate of Zabljak. The culminating point, Bobotov Kuk (2522 m), surrounded by lakes and forests, borders the immense canyon of Tara (more than 1200 m of depth) which one can descend in raft.
