The mill of Epinay repurchased by the commune in 1985 then restored since 1987, the mill of Epinay is equipped with a very rare system in France, being used to make automatically turn the roof to direct the wings vis-a-vis the wind: the butterfly. It is the only windmill still functioning in the department and opened with the visit. It still crushes wheat and sarasin thanks to its pair of flint grinding stone weighing on the whole 2 tons.
