The Mesnil-in-Valley
the Mesnil-in-Valley is a common French, located in the department of Maine-et-Loire and the area Pays of the Loire. Its inhabitants are Mesnilois (be). It is a flowered village rewarded by two flowers with the contest for the cities and flowered villages (2007).

The commune is located in the Loire Valley and its territory is crossed by one of its affluents which is Thau.

Places and monuments
- Edges of the Loire.
- The Notre Dame church: built in the middle of the village by the architect Sebastien-Michel Dellêtre on the ruins of an old church of XIIe century which was burnt with the Revolution. It is of neo-classic style. It is one of the accessible churches of Mauges.
- The vault of Salette dominates the landscape and offers any sound charms seen bottom of the alley of Devaux. It is also one of the accessible churches of Mauges.
- The vault of the cimentière known as " of Anges" : set up in 1801, it is registered with the historic buildings since May 1969.
- The castle of Vaugirault. Private castle dating primarily from the XIXe century. The old farm is particularly remarkable but suffers from the wear of time.
