Synopsis

At the end of 1918, the Germans give up Marville after having trapped it by hiding a bomb there. A British soldier, Charles Plumpick, are charged to locate the explosive device and to defuse it before it explodes. On the spot, he discovers a city obviously deserted by his inhabitants, except for the boarders of the lunatic asylum. Those accommodate it with open arms; they recognize in him them " king of cœur".
