“Many is the readers who ask me this question by stressing that they do not seize our leading line very well. Often I am tempted to answer that we do not have any. History

the first number is appeared on January 14th, 1994. Founded by a group of citizens, his legal nature is particular. 2005 : This year, the Daily newspaper of Oran will be able to have its own means of impression with Oran, for installing then in the short run a rotary printing-press with Algiers and another with Constantine.
