The Clan

the Clan is a Film French carried out by Gaël Morel and left in rooms in 2004.

Synopsis

The film tells in three parts the life of three wire of a father, widower and workman. Three very different brothers at the same time, but of which the evolution is completely interdependent: the elder one, Christophe, leaves assagi Prison whereas Marc, still rebellious, regards it as a model. Young person, Olivier, passively follows Christophe and his band, of which Hicham which is impassioned of Capoeira.

The intrigue of film proceeds with Annecy and its neighborhoods. At the beginning, Gaël Morel located its history at Toulon. The financing of film imposed towns of the Rhone-Alps. The choice of Annecy with the lake and the rivers of mountain imposed rewritings: in the scenes from the cable car and the Parapente result which replaced scenes of excursion in an island with broad of the Var. Morel nevertheless preserved the importance of the Eau.

The film was made in October whereas the scenes of the first part are held in summer.

The three parts of film raise each of three different kinds, wanted by the realizer: the film on the crisis of the Adolescence, the social cinema and the melodrama. If each one is centered on one of the brothers, one follows the course and the evolutions of the remainder of the clan (the two other brothers, the father and Hicham).

The title of exploitation in English is Three Dancing Slavic (three slaves dancing). According to this title, the three brothers would be related to their family such of the Esclave S.
