Traditional receipt
Ingredients

250 grams of flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 liter of Milk
- a spoonful with coffee of Oil or melted butter 50g
- a pinch of salt
- a vanilla sugar sachet

You can replace part of milk by fresh Cream. That makes the Crêpe S tastier, but station with the calories!
- You can also replace part of milk by Bière, for crepes lighter.

- You can also add water of flower of orange tree for more taste!

200 grams of flour
- 4 eggs
- one half-liter of milk
- 50 grams of Butter or a good spoon of oil
- a salt pinch
- 1 vanilla sugar sachet
- 1 vanilla powder pinch
Preparation
To mix the flour, sugar and salt. To make a well, to add eggs and the melted butter. To add tepid milk gradually while mixing (station with grumeaux) to obtain a thick paste. To add to finish rum. To now let put back the paste with room temperature during at least an hour (crepes are delicious if the paste rests one night whole). To note that if one prepares the paste using one to mix, not only the possible grumeaux ones disappear but the rest period is him also eliminated.
