Tennis with the Olympic Games of summer of 1996

With the Olympic Games of summer of 1996 in Atlanta, the competitions of Tennis proceeded within the Stone Mountain Park Tennis Centers , over courts into hard, from July 23rd to August 3rd.

Format

The tables of simple masculine and female are made up each of 64 players and the tables of double are composed of 32 teams. The meetings proceed with best of the three handles, except for the finales men (simple and double) which dispute with best of the five sets.

Each meeting is with direct elimination. The two losers of the semi-finals meet in a match for the bronze medal.
