Tellarite

The Tellarites are, in the universe of fiction of Star Trek , a species Extraterrestre originating in the Planet Tellar.

Physiology

Tellarites are humanoïdes whose face refers porcine. They are very hairy, have a thick skin of pink color and a nose similar to a face mask. They wear the long beard and hair and are generally rather corpulent.

Although they appreciate the good expensive one, they can remain several days without feeding because of their lubricating reserves. They also adore to take mud baths.

History

Tellarites are one of the species founders of the Fédération of plain planets.

Culture

Like the Ferengi S, their culture is directed towards the trade, but contrary to the latter, Tellarites disapprove the unfair practices.

Although they are very impulsive, impatient, dominated by their emotions, they are not less famous to be excellent diplomats. They have indeed habit to be very direct and made verbal tournament and argumentation their specialities.
