Macadam Tap is a quartet of claquettists Paris iennes.
Sylvie Baker, Isabelle Dauzet, Florence Mathoux and Lucie Rouits create spectacles of clappers " fantaisistes".
This quartet with female widened its universe to offer a new very public spectacle to us: " Tap macadam with the raised foot! "
The base: clappers with all that falls to them under the hands and the feet (a violin, catechus, tennis, lids of dustbins…).
Topics: winks with the musical comedies, reviews of cabaret, travels to Ireland, puppets… with for common point, humor and frenzy.
At the same time poetic and humorous, their numbers knew to draw the attention of Virginia Lemoine with which they collaborated, and of Edouard Baer which has them several times invited to take part in its spectacle Large Mezze to the Théâtre of the Roundabout in Paris. They were also invited by the Quartet at the time of their freehand in Trianon (Paris) for their Night of the Musicians. They also divided the scene with Georges Moustaki, the Songs Plus Bifluoré, Anne Roumanoff, Eric Toulis…
After having made more than 120 representations in Sudden Theater in 2006, they will be present at the Festival Off of Avignon from July 6th to 28th 2007 with Luna Théâtre.
