Tachov

Tachov ( Tachau in German) is a Ville of Tchéquie (Région of Plzeň in Bohemia). It was founded in 1285 by the king Ottokar II Premysl. The city counts 12.640 inhabitants. In the city: Gothic church, place of the market and several middle-class houses of the 17th century. August 4th, 1427, one of the battles of the Guerres Hussites took place with Tachov.

It is a starting place for excursions in the natural site Cesky them, to 15 km of the German border.
