T-Mobile the USA is a company of Télécommunication mobile of the the United States of America, subsidiary of the German group T-Online .
History
T-mobile the USA was created under the name of VoiceStream Wireless , like branch of the separate company Western Wireless before d´être and to become an independent company in 1999. At the end of this year, the company acquires two operators GSM: Aerial Communications in Midwest and Omnipoint in the North-East of the country.In May 2001, VoiceStream is repurchased by the Deutsche Telekom for the sum of 24 billion dollars and changes name to become T-Mobile in September 2002.
Sales strategy
In January 2007, T-Mobile the USA is the fourth larger supplier d´accès in the United States with 25 d´abonnés million.
