Syzran
Syzran (Russian: Сызрань ) is a town of Russia located on Right Bank of the the Volga in the Oblast de Samara. It is along the lake of reserve of Saratov to approximately 120 km in the west of Samara. Its population is of 183.500 inhabitants (2005). It bears the name of the river Syzran (or Syzranka) which is thrown in the Volga on the level of the city.
The city is located on on the site of a strong frame in 1683 and acquired the statute of city in 1796.
Syzran is an important rail junction. Industry is also well developed there with in particular a Raffinerie of a capacity of 10 MT, factories of production of Plastique S, steel constructions, of manufacture of textile fibers and Farm equipment.
