Swedish bread crunching
The bread crunching Swedish , in Swedish knäckebröd (crunching bread) but more known in French under the name of “bread Wasa” was introduced in France by the company Wasa. It is about a flat bread and dryness which is not cut and which is sold either in the form of large discs with a hole with the medium (this because in the traditional way to dry the bread on a stick right in lower part of the roof), or in rectangles of approximately 7 X 12 centimetres.
The traditional bread crunching is containing Seigle but there exist also versions with corn and the oats.
