Sunrise is the Registered trademark under which the Entreprise of Télécommunications Suisse CCT Switzerland AG is known of the public. CCT (Denmark) holds 100% of the actions of CCT Switzerland AG.
Sunrise is known for its offer in Téléphonie fixes, supply of access to Internet and since its fusion with DiAx in Mobile telephony.

The January 23rd 2001, the operators of telecommunication DiAx and Sunrise amalgamate under the Sunrise mark to form CCT Switzerland AG . Now, more than 2,2 million private customers and businesses use its performances of service in the fields of mobile telephony, the fixed network and Internet. Its hybrid network based on technology GSM, EDGE, UMTS and HSDPA provides to more than 99% of the mobile population of the telephone services and allows a rate of transmission which can reach 3.6 Mbps. A network in Fiberoptic high efficiency of more than 7500 kilometers makes it possible Sunrise to offer a range of services vocal and data.The legal head office of Sunrise is located at Zurich and the principal building, Sunrise Tower, is in Zurich-North. 2005
- Sunrise and Cablecom conclude a strategic partnership in the field from mobile telephony.

2004
- Mobile Member of Starmap Alliance, Sunrise proposes services network on a European scale .
- Hans Peter Baumgartner replaces Kim Frimer and becomes chairman of Sunrise.
