Strut

The strut (or prop ) is an oblique part of Bois which one finds in the construction of a frame.
It is placed between the principal rafters and the Entrait.
They are essential as soon as the range exceeds 4 or 5 meters. There exists almost always a strut on the basis of the foot of tie-beam and moving close to the breakdown located at approximately 1,5 m of the Faîtage.
