St Lucia
St Lucia is a State of the the Caribbean, located between the Grenadian Martinique and Saint-Vincent-and them, member of the the Commonwealth. It obtained independence on February 22nd 1979. It adhered in 1981 to the Organization of the States of Caribbean Eastern the (OECO).
