Sprint (athletics)
The sprint gathers the races on foot in which the sprinter must run on a short distance at the human speed fastest possible. To practice the sprint, it is necessary to have some biological assistances: to have the exclusive use of the Muscle S says “fast” or with the fast movements convulsifs because the runners make a very violent effort, Adrénaline and a breathing Anaérobie.
Note: Because of important cardiac engagement, it is recommended to the runner to involve itself during several weeks before giving its maximum speed. Without this condition, its participation in a competition will not reflect its potential.
