Spooksville

Spooksville is the name of a series of fantastic books written by Christopher Pike (born in 1954) in the years 1990. It puts in scene the adventures of a group of 12 year old teenagers (Adam Freeman, Tic-Tac, Sarah (Sally) Wilcox, Cindy Makey, later Brice Poole, Tira and Georges Sanders) in a city particularly prone to the strange phenomena.
