Southern Football League Division One West

The Southern Football League Division One West was a championship English of Non-league football set up and managed by the Southern Football League of 1999 with 2006. Baptized Southern Football League Western Division with its creation, it was famous in 2004. The championship occupied the eighth rank of the pyramidal system English on the same level as the Southern Football League Division One East, Northern First League First Division and Isthmian Football League First Division.

History

In 1999, Southern Football League replaced the Midland Division and Southern Division by divisions One East and One West . After a reorganization in 2006, the league removed the two new championships and created in the place the Division One South and West and Division One the Midlands.

Organization

At the end of the season, the champion, vice-champion and the winner of the eliminatory series (third in the sixth place) were promoted in Southern Football League the First Division or Isthmian Football League the First Division, the assignment depending on their geographical location. The last 2 clubs were relegated to the ninth level of the pyramidal system.
