The somali is a language belonging to the group of the couchitic Langues of the family of the Afro-Asian Langues (in the past Hamito-Semitic ). He is spoken in all the Corne about Africa, in Ethiopia, with Djibouti, in Somalia, and in the North-East of the Kenya, by several million speakers. In Somalia, it is official language at the sides of the Arab .
Since 1972, on the initiative of the Somali government chaired by the dictator Siad Bars, the somali is equipped with a transcription written according to the Latin alphabet. It did not have, before, of existence that like oral language.
