The social right is a term which gathers the whole of the applicable rules as regards Law the labor and of right of the Social security and the Mutualité .
The social risk
A social risk is a risk of the life which decreases the resources of a person (like the disease, an accident, disability or old age) or who increases her expenditure (like the foundation of a family). The Chômage is a risk related to the activity of the man (community activity) but who can threaten his economic safety and against which it is advisable to be guarded.
