Sheik Khaldi
Sheik Kaldi , Master of the Algeria N traditional Spoke Oran board, becomes popular in the Années 1920.
It is, beside Sheik Hamada and Cheikha Remitti, one of the most known representatives of the culture traditional Bedouin. Its repertory goes from the register official, celebrating the religion, the love and the values morals until the disrespectful register (prohibited by rigorous Islamic morals) speaking about the alcohol and the sexual intercourse.
The name Sheik can be an expression for wise, an old man, a chief of a tribe Bedouin in the Arab peninsula or for a spiritual Master.
