Serigne Abass Sall

Serigne Abass Sall is a guide and religious leader Senegal board who based themselves with Louga and which devoted all its life to the propagation of the Islam.

Biography

Born in 1909 in Nguick Fall (to 35 km of Louga), Serigne Abass Sall is deceased at the 81 years age on July 1st, 1990 with Louga. It is buried in its mosque of Louga to the Northern Santhiaba district.

El hadji Abass Sall has much work for the Islam from its writings and of its social achievements like the largest Islamic institute of the West Africa, which was a project of several billion Francs CFA. On another side, it built many mosques through Senegal, including two in Louga and others with Saint-Louis, Taba (Kaolack) and in Khayra (Touba).
