Selection of Noble Grains

Sélection of Noble Grains is a mention rare and prestigious wines of Alsace, l appellation Sélection of Noble Grains is collected at the time d´années exceptional. Only the grains reached of noble rot (Botrytis cinerea) are gathered.

Wine of exception, the Selection of Noble Grains is obtained by successive sorting of the grains reached of noble rot; Work is hard and long for minor amounts. The concentration makes the identity of type of vine more discrete, for the benefit of a power, a complexity and a length in exceptional mouth. The Gewürztraminer and the gray Pinot, are the type of vines most adapted for the noble selections of grains but the Riesling can also be used.
