Second district of Alp-of-High-Provence
The Second district of Alp-of-High-Provence is represented for XIIIe legislature by Daniel Spagnou, appointed UMP.
Geographical and demographic description
The second district of the Alp-of-High-Provence share of the south-west of the department and extends until the North-East, by gathering the north and the west of the department. It includes cities like Forcalquier, Manosque, Sisteron or Barcelonnette. It is made up of the following cantons:
- Canton of Barcelonnette
- Canton of Forcalquier
- Canton of Lauzet-Ubaye
- Canton of Manosque-North
- Canton of Manosque-South-Is
- Canton of Manosque-South-West
- Canton of Mound-of-Cairo
- Canton of Walnut tree-on-Jabron
- Canton of Reillanne
- Canton of Saint-Etienne-the-Organ
- Canton of Seyne
- Canton of Sisteron
- Canton of Turriers

It is a district which is on the left than on the right. Malgrès good performances of the right-hand side these last years.
