Scott Anthony Levy (born the September 8th 1964) more known under his name of boxing ring Raven , is a Catch American or . He currently works for the Total Nonstop Action Wrestling, and is old a NWA and ECW World Heavyweight Champion. He is also the inventor of number of " gimmick" matches, like the '' Orange Clockwork House off Fun Match '', the '' Raven' S Rules Match '', and the '' Hangman' S Horror Match ''.
Beginnings
Scott Levy made an opening in wrestling in 1988 as a Scotty The Body in the Continental Wrestling Association located at Memphis, where it was the toy of Missy Hyatt, which used it with its advantage for it and Eddie Gilbert.After having left Memphis, Levy catchait in his own state of Florida until it is let leave following an argument with Steve Keirn. Levy from went away then briefly to the All Star Wrestling of Vancouver; he fought in face and received the preferences of the fans, but ended up going himself from there following a decision of Al Tomko to put ahead his sons, Todd (AKA Rick Davis) and Terry (AKA The Frog) in the foregrounds of All Star, and also with false allegations of Tomko about Levy in connection with hoop nets legal. World Championship Wrestling (1992-1993)
It held its first great exposure as an all-in wrestler in 1992 to the World Championship Wrestling. Entering in competition division light-heavyweight under the name Scotty Flamingo and being managed by Diamond Dallas Page, it gained the WCW Light Heavyweight Championship which was of short duration (also known like the first incarnation of WCW Cruiserweight Championship) the June 20th 1992 by beating Brian Pillman. Brad Armstrong beat Levy to gain the title Light Heavyweight. It had feuds with Pillman, Armstrong, and Johnny B. Badd. It gained a match of " boxe" against Badd with the Clash off the Champions XXI the November 18th 1992 by KB. It left the WCW later in the year.
World Wrestling Federation (1993-1994)
At the beginning of 1993, Levy joined the World Wrestling Federation as managing Johnny Polo , rich kids spoils, who were also accompanied by Adam Bomb. It was also to manage Quebecers, which gained under its command three WWF World Tag TEAM Championship. It catchait occasionally, worked as a consulting commentator and a Co-presenter of Radio WWF, and behind the scene, worked as a producer for Monday Night RAW . Extreme Championship Wrestling (1995-1997)
The January 7th 1995, heavy from now on 104 kg, Levy began with the Extreme Championship Wrestling under the name of Raven (a reference to the poem of Edgar Allan Poe). Raven dominated the ECW through 1995-1996 and knew two reign as a ECW World Heavyweight Champion. Also, during its first reign with the ECW, it defended successively the ECW World Heavyweight Title against Terry Gordy aet " Dr. Death" Steve Williams, and others. He afflicted even with Dr. Death his first defeat with the U.S. in several years. In June 1997, Raven faced Tommy Dreamer in a " Loser Leaves ECW" Match for a defeat. Raven from went away to the World Championship Wrestling.
World Championship Wrestling (1997-1999)
The June 30th 1997, Raven was seen in the public at the time of an edition of WCW Monday Nitro , and the commentators recognized it like a former champion of a " federation; independent majeure" ; the name of the Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW) was never mentioned. The August 21st 1997 with the Clash off the Champions, Raven beat brutally Stevie Richards in a match " not sanctionné" so that it ends up taking again its place in the public. The Storyline continued and Raven appeared in the public for the following months, gently starting to form what will be known under the name " The Flock".The November 23rd 1997 with World War III, Raven faced Scotty Riggs in a match in which Raven balanced Riggs on a chair, " endommageant" the eye of Riggs. Riggs joined the Flock later, just like Reese, Billy Kidman, Van Hammer, Horace, Lodi, and Sick Boy. It gained WCW U.S. Heavyweight Championship just like WCW World Tag TEAM Championship, with Perry Saturn. This first reign lasted only N day whereas Raven beat Diamond Dallas Page in Pay Per View and lost the belt the following night against Bill Goldberg with WCW Monday Nitro .
Raven had a notable feud with Perry Saturn after having lost title U.S. against Goldberg. He blamed Flock and Saturn in particular for his defeat. This led to a series of matches, the being held last with Fall Brawl 1998. Without Flock, Raven began a series from entrevuex depressive and from went away in several matches. In October with Halloween Havoc, Raven lost against Chris Jericho for the title TV and was not seen any more until 1999. It was then joined together with its old manager Chastity, that the WCW affirmed that it was her sister, and thus moved worms of others storylines, creating feuds with Chris Kanyon, Bam Bam Bigelow, and Hak (The Sandman). He united later with Vampiro and the Insane Clown Poses in a clan of short duration called The Dead Pool. Extreme Championship Wrestling (1999-2000)

Following a pretense on this same contract, Raven joined the ECW and signed a one year old contract the August 25th 1999. Raven did not appear any more on the screens until its departure and return to the WWF.
World Wrestling Federation/Entertainment (2000-2003)
The June 23rd 2000, Levy met official WWF to discuss one return to World Wrestling Federation. Raven made its return to Unforgiven 2000 when it intervened in a Strap Match between Tazz and Jerry Lawler, by carrying out a DDT on Lawler. It then started to make team with Tazz before they separate their way. The December 20th 2000 with Chattanooga it beat Steve Blackman for WWE Hardcore Championship, the first of its 27 reigns; a record.First half of 2001 saw Raven completing several memorable moments. In Royal Rumble, it prevented Kane chokeslammer the comdéien Drew Carey. With WrestleMania X-Seven, it lost the Hardcore title against Kane in Triple Threat Match which included also The Big Show. With Backlash, it lost against the champion Hardcore Rhyno in a hardcore match.
However, the second part of this year was not crowned success. Raven found small roles for the following months. When the storyline of the Invasion began, it was found in WCW/ECW Alliance, but had forgettable feuds with William Regal and Perry Saturn. It is more reminded to be managed by Terri Runnels and to be destroyed the interest in love with Saturn, its brush called " Moppy." Cmme much of other former all-in wrestlers of the ECW, Raven lost its look ECW and approached a type of clothing closer to style WWF.
