Synopsis

Japan, 1926. Tōkyō where reign the steam engine thrives. The development of the capital is not without worrying the Council of Old which fears for the spiritual protection of the Capital imperial, especially after several attacks of Kouma.

Douglas-Stewart, an American company proposes to replace, by a new invention: Japhkiel, armor without pilot with vapor, the Division of the Flowers which must accommodate a novel member mysterious Lachette Altair.
