Saint-Priest (the Rhone)

Saint Priest is a common French of the department of the the Rhone in the area the Rhone-Alps.

Its inhabitants is called San-Priods (priodes with female in local patois francoprovençal or Priestois (francized name). (Source: Friends of the old Priest Saint called also San priode). However, one also qualifies (and this in a more current way), the inhabitants of Saint-Priest of " San-Priots" (San-Priotes with female). (Source: " Sports association of the San-Priots" Friends; found on the site of the town hall of the city).

Geography

Commune of the Banlieue is of Lyon.

Saint-Priest is located at the south-east of Lyon, from which it is separated by the communes from Vénissieux in the west and Bron in north. In addition to the town of Saint-Priest itself, the commune of 2.971 hectares it more extended from the Urban community after Lyon covers the Hameau X of Fouillouse and Manissieux and Semi-Plain, several industrial and commercial parks, and of vast wide not built, which represent more than 50% of the total surface area.
