DEBATEs around the technology transfers

With regard to the nuclear weapons, the first safety device and of armament were developed by the United States which used it to make safe the use of their arsenal. They secretly shared this system with France in the years 1970, then with Russia, after the fall of the USSR.

Certain observers require that the United States places this system at the disposal of all the other powers equipped with the nuclear weapon (in particular the Pakistan) in order to avoid inopportune uses. For the moment it refuse there asserting that this device makes it possible its holder to equip his missiles with nuclear warheads with much less risks.
